Restriction on entry to campus

About entering campusUpdated on 14 Jan

External users/visitors

No entry to campus in principle except examinees, customers of University Co-op and restaurants, and venders/suppliers

Students

It is not restricted for Kyutech students to enter the campus. But when you enter, follow the rules of each campus.

Students are also required to observe the following.


●Students belonging to lab shall record their action history precisely under instructions from supervisors.
●Avoid 3Cs (crowded places, confined spaces and close contact) and make sure to practice physical distancing (2m if possible, more than 1m at the least).
●Wear a face mask when coming to campus/going home, being indoors, having conversations even if you don’t have any symptoms.
●Check your health condition with Self-Monitoring Sheet, and if you have any flu-like symptoms, it is not allowed to enter the campus.
●Make sure to measure your body temperature before coming to campus. When you didn’t, be sure to check your body temperature with the thermography cameras* on each campus.
 *Where you can find the cameras: Tobata / Iizuka / Wakamatsu
●If any flu-like symptoms appeared (on any of the days before coming to campus), follow the flow chart for COVID-19 control for report and consultation, and recuperate at home.


 

Use of Kyutech facilitiesUpdated on 14 Jan

Lecture rooms and laboratories

When Kyutech students use lecture rooms and laboratories, follow the rules of each campus or the instructions from supervisors.

University library

Business hours will be shortened and it is prohibited to have conversation and group study in the library for the time being.
Depending on the situation, the library service can be shortened in its period or suspended.
【Open hours】
 Weekdays: 9:30-17:00
 Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: Closed

Cafeteria (University co-op)

Open with limited entry and precautionary measures.
The menu items will be reduced, and the open days and hours will be shortened.
You can have your lunch in a lecture room when it’s not used as long as you take precautionary measures.

Not allowed to use

Choyo Sanso

Not allowed to use

Other university facilities

It is recommended to install “COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA)” released by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW).
