The courses of the 4th quarter had been offered both in remote class and face-to-face lectures, but for the rest of the 4th quarter, the classes will be delivered in remote class in principle. Face-to-face lectures and exams will be held in light of the effectiveness of study and only when the maximum precaution against infection can be taken.For more details, please check the website of each campus and Live Campus. The University provides lending service of laptop for remote class. Click here for more details.

For the students who are not able to prepare appropriate environment to take remote classes at home, the lecture rooms with a secured internet access and infection prevention measures are available on campus. Click here for the details.

It is possible to take remote classes at a distant location including your parent’s home, if the internet access is secured.

The University provided lending service of Wi-Fi router, but it was terminated on 30 November. (If you would like to consult, contact the Academic Section of each campus.)

Sign in Live Campus and register. For the sign-in, you need your Kyukoudai ID.

Supervisors advise students about their studying, future career and personal issues. If you have anything you don’t understand or you’re worried about, consult with your supervisor.
If you don’t who is your supervisor, see Live Campus >> “Course registration/Grade point” >> “Reference of enrollment information”. (If you cannot find the name of your supervisor on Live Campus, it will be posted soon.)

About the issuance of certificate of expected graduation, official transcript, recommendation letter, see the “The notice on job search” dated 10 April. Please be noted that it may take time.

Kyutech has organized a University policy “Risk Level for Extracurricular Activity” with 5 risk levels when holding extracurricular activities. The activity groups which has submitted the restart plan and the University admitted its adequate preventive measures are allowed to restart the activity in accordance with the University policy on the risk level. Please refrain from face-to-face recruitment in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The recruitment on campus is not allowed, but it is encouraged to contact freshmen by e-mail or online.

If the tuition fee wasn’t transferred after 23 April, another transfer will be made on 27 July.
